Went to collect a parcel, no clear directions on where to collect, had to wait to gain access as no one was answering the buzz in system and only gained access by a worker who was leaving after his shift. Total need re-addressing or sorting out. Lucky to get 1 star.

They have been taken over by another company. Everything is a bit shambolic and it takes a while to pick up parcels.

Been waiting for a delivery the was supposed to turn up yesterday before 6pm. Nope nothing. No email from the company stating that it was not going to turn up. No call. I now have to wait for my item which could take an other 48 hours meaning I won't get the item until Tuesday due to Monday being Bank Holiday. TNT really need to sort their act out
