Ordered loads of bit's over the years and never had a problem. Ordered a wheel hub for a kawasaki mule listed as 'heavy duty' and fitted it as I had others in the past. Two months later with light road use the hub failed as things sometimes do. A quick call to quad bike wales they said \send pictures\ which i did a couple of days later via email. Never heard a thing and followed it up with a call a week later to be told \we will see what the boss says\. Never heard back from them.

Ordered a set of Brake pads they were not in the order with the other items, when queried this, they indicated they had CCTV of them being packaged, I told them this was a ridiculous suggestion, they then stated that they had checked their stock and they had been sent out. Appalling customer service and response I have now bought elsewhere Didn’t know how to respond to answer from QBW so edited my original post I already had a set of pads so ordered one more, No Confusion.. I wouldn’t try to scam a set of pads 14 quid, your people skills and customer service are sadly lacking
