Horrendous service at this time. No matter what the weather you are simply left outside queueing to be heard by a member of staff through a window, which they open, if your lucky, about half an inch. Like too many surgeries at this time patient's being treated with no respect or consideration. So long as the surgery staff are comfortable inside that's all that matters. Try treating your patients like human beings not lepers!!!!

Have tried for days to get an appointment but can't get through. Have now phoned over 500 times. Yup, you read that right.
I am amazed that in 2019 there is not a better way of making appointments at this surgery!. I have explained on several occasions that my job does not allow me to make personal calls, so being able to arrange an appointment for a future date is imperative. Even if I was able to make an appointment for that day, I would not be able to leave work to attend at such short notice! The surgery as a whole really needs to sort this issue - in the mean time I’ll be looking at other surgeries in the area - I’m sure they can’t be as useless as this for making appointments.
Absolutely disgusting service from this doctors today. After finally getting through on the phone this morning and having to justify to the receptionist that my child was poorly enough to need seeing, they kept my screaming one year old waiting 1 hour 15mins He was screaming so much the receptionist couldn't hear herself on the phone and they kept us waiting to be seen until very last, they had even pulled the shutters down to close. Total lack of care and compassion from this doctors will be changing surgerys tomorrow.
