My wife has been registered at this doctors for over thirty years and now they say she and myself have 28 days to find a new doctors because since they amalgamated with gowerton we can no longer be seen by them, she has serious health problems which when diagnosed nearly 9 years ago they said they would take care of her health program. I and my wife are disgusted to be treated this way they are disgraceful.Less than six months later she has sadly died so thank you Penybryn Surgery

Joined this practice 6months ago, on two occasions I have asked to go on Triage and twice the doctor rang and refused to see me no wonder people are committing suicide! On the other hand the rest of the staff are nice.

I am from germany i had a bad sickness bug and Penybryn Surgery was the only one offering proper help. The Receptionist is by far the friendliest you can find and will help you with advise and will offer other options. Flawless service!

Lost hope in doctors after seeing a doctor at this surgery. My vertebrae was sticking out (The doctor pointed this out to me) I was in extreme pain & having to travel by bus (crying in pain each visit) to the surgery I was told to take paracetamol & return to work. Two years later I was approached by staff member & was asked to go into a room before I could see a doctor I did, I was asked if I was going to sue the surgery for negligence. I pleaded for help & I wont sue them. Help was poor so I left the surgery. I am currently struggling with spinal injuries 12 years later.
