Beware of doing business with this company!! We booked a bouncy house in advance for our daughters bday party. On the week of the party, they informed us that they wouldn’t be delivering it. Not having any other options, we picked it up. Now they are refusing to pick it up from our house... unless we pay them 52.50. On top of that, they are threatening to go to Swansea police to file charges saying that we’re refusing to return property. There are so many other companies doing this... do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Would actually like to give zero stars. Blatantly unprofessional, booked a slide 3 weeks ago with the understanding that it would be delivered last night only for them to NEVER show up. When we finally got in touch with the owner, Mark, we were told it was his birthday so he had his own party to worry about. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. This was the worst company I have ever contacted. We had an event planned today and booked a slide weeks ago, paid a deposit and had email confirmation. Day of no calls, no show. The customer service was awful. Apparently it’s the owners birthday so he can’t worry about our party. I would never do business with this company ever ago and would never recommend it to anyone.
