Fantastic service and excellent price. Parked at the rear of the shop and had our battery and wiper blade replaced in no time at all. Very helpful staff and would highly recommend. Support your small independent shop. Will definitely use again.

Ordered 2 compressors, both low noise Hyundai, 1 X 50L, 1 X 26L Goods were delayed a few times due to Coronavirus etc but finally arrived. Compressors are INCREDIBLY quiet and as a result can be used in a man cave / garden shed early in the morning or late at night without disturbing neighbours and I can use the smaller one indoors for flooring etc without shattering china or windows! Overall delighted with the product and the service from HWB. Well done all.

Fantastic guys, great service, low costs and always willing to help. An asset to Killay, these don't RIP you off and do exactly what you need doing. Faultless, they keep my two old cars running well and on a budget. I probably would have sold one of the cars if it wasn't for HWB, as most garages would have crippled me financially

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I bought a lawn scarifier from them and they were super helpful during the process. Unfortunately when it arrived it had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company who built the machine as the leaflet in the box recommended and they were less than helpful. After two weeks and many unfulfilled promises and emails that were never returned, I decided to call HWB. I informed them of my problem with the company and HWB called them on my behalf. HWB called me back as promised the very next morning with the issue resolved and the part needed being delivered the next day. Not only that they completely surpassed my expectation by offering me a complimentary gift as a goodwill gesture, even though the problem was not theirs in the first place. Would give 10 stars to them if possible. Super customer service.
