I personally find the receptionists & Nurses very nice /friendly & helpful.. Surgery it self is comfortable and modern. Dr's are very good all you need is their care and advice. That's what they are there for

Quick to complete a gp request with nothing being done. Rude to speak to, quick to dissmiss someone by saying there is no doctor in the premise whist the pharmacy advise otherwise. Absolute joke
The receptionists at this surgery are a disgrace they have deplorable communication skills and dont show the empathy the patients should get. They are rude and very unhelpful. They should remember without patients there would be no surgery
