Great place to explore ancient Egyptian artefacts. Free place to take the kids. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. We all wrote our names in hieroglyphs whilst there, too. So many things to look at, and if you talk to the staff, everything has a story!

Little hidden gem. Grandchildren ages 11, 8 & 4 all enjoyed very much. Staff/ volunteers very helpful & \hands on\ - cafe, toilets, all close. Ordered Pizza - excellent value & nice setting.

I took my two 7 year old boys here and the staff were amazing. The exhibits are very interesting and there is plenty to amuse and educate the kids. They particularly enjoyed the mummification!.. And it's free!..Thank you to all the staff there..they are amazing. Enthusiastic and friendly volunteers!. Great cafe as well...
