Best place to binge on quality classic American diner food. Excellent Denny's staff service, the diners interior designed just like the ones in the states.

Very good covid systems in place with cheery, helpful staff. The food was lovely, easy to order online and came quickly. We had s lovely time.
Have been here several times, once since the new changes have been implemented. Have to say it all ran very smoothly and the food was just as good as always. Service is always great and having been to Denny's in Florida this March, I have to say I prefer the Denny's in Swansea! My only gripe was that there is no option on the new app ordering system to add cheese to the hash brown which used to be an option on the paper menu. Also we were sat in a window seat and it was absolutely freezing. Will deffo be back though!
Very disappointed. I ordered a burger for collection. My collection time was between : 13:25 - 13:40. I arrived at 13.15, ten minutes early. I waited in reception until 13.45, five minutes after the collection time had passed and walked out with the burger, I opened the box directly outside the restaurant to eat it and the picture you see is how it was presented to me, the majority of the filling on the floor of the box. The burger was also like warm at best, it I'd walked to the car to eat it,but would have been cold! That's totally unacceptable to not have it warm when I'd been stood in the reception area waiting for it half an hour! The burger itself, as not being warm and all over the box was pretty bland.
This is an American cafe style restaurant. I get the feeling that they've limited their menu due to covid, but the food we did eat was nice. The staff were very welcoming, but it was very busy and seemed like communication between staff was a little issue. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Overall, I would go back again if we visit the area again.
