Very misleading as it said genuine parts only, and yet the part I was supplied with was a remanufactured part which immediately failed under testing. As such I now am out of pocket having purchased a now functional part, and still needing to prove that the part originally supplied was non functional. While on hold to organise this process for refund, they continue to advertise their genuine parts.
Was told on phone there was plenty of stock and no need to reserve the items required, i then traveled 16miles to be told there was no stock and had to travel a further 12 miles to get the parts required
