After buying a car from here and reading the fact that they care about the sale and after care booked the car in for it's MOT After arriving and going into the main doors waited at the first desk that had the words hello and ask me on it but no-one there what looked like a salesman walked passed and said nothing and want in to the staff room a man came in carrying two bags with marry CHRISTMAS on them same salesman walked out and asked him had he been seen and took him around the back after been waiting for 15 minutes a lady came down the stairs to drop off her mug in the cafe area and asked if I have been seen and took me round to the back to sign my car in There is no signage telling you were to go can I ask why the main point of contact is left unattended for such a long time with no help to get the customers to be in the right place two hours and still no one at the front desk
