Helpful staff, with a positive attitude that aim to please. Whilst there were a few issues with the motorhome I hired, on return the manager was attentive to my concerns with reassurances that they would attend to the faults and we're proactive in offering me a refund on part of the hire fee.

I bought a part , paid upfront for next day. The part did not arrive . I waited out side until some one was available (cv19 restrictions ) told to come back after the weekend. I called the mon endless sales and parts , wed and fri and sat . Left voice mails with my contact etc . No contact. Still sitting with my money and no way of making contact with them. Absolute shocking customer service and care and I will never be using again , along with taking up with the head office and trading standards
