Absolute garbage. I tried to phone up to get a train ticket, and then was told they cant print official documents. I was a bit frustrated as i had only asked a few days before and they told me i could. I needed it as my phone was broke. I then said i need it as i dont have any other means of getting home in a mildly frustrated tone. Then when i get there i get tole my tone made a lady employee cry. Now i literally said nothing wrong and wasnt at all frustrated with her. The manager shouts at me and is clearly extremely angry. What sort of environment is this? What worker cant handle someone being a tiny bit frustrated with the situation on the phone and then the manager shouts at the customer? Its unacceptable. Not at all professional.

Very quick and professional service! I called and spoke to one of their guys, who was very helpful and friendly. I was kept informed through the complete order, and delivery timescales were met. I was very impressed and would not hestitate to recommend this service.
I'm very impressed with the business cards I ordered. I've ordered from other companies and been disappointed, so I decided to use this local company instead. The cards arrived earlier than the delivery timescale given, and the quality is superb. I would definitely recommend Bullart Graphics.
I'm really pleased with the rugby kits I had printed. The lady I dealt with was excellent - she took the time to go through all aspects of my order to make sure I had what I wanted, and the delivery was right on time. I'll be ordering from here every year from now on. Many thanks all.
