A little standoffish due to Corona virus, but everyone is doing an amazing job and the store is functioning well. I got everything I needed except I couldn't find sticks of chalk...I probably didn't look hard enough though. Great store.
Went into B&Q to pick up a Paint Tester Pot. Queue was long although social distancing measures were second to none. Made me feel safe when browsing the store. Although the queue was long it went down relatively quickly. when i got to the checkout, noticed they also had a queue guider to show people to the tills. i was politely served by Ollie. Had great customer service and asked how my day was and what plans i had. Great credit to the Store.
Really helpful staff. Couldn't find the item I was looking for and two staff came to help me. Really helpful and gave excellent customer service. Not something you find very often in large stores.
The biggest downside here is the price. Went in to buy a shower hose and was stunned by the prices at 25 just for the hose! Checked on Amazon and an identical product is there for 7.50 with next day delivery... How is B&Q not out of business with these prices? I know you get to take the item home with you immediately and don't have to wait for the delivery but for more than three times the price I think I will wait.
