We would 100% recommend Matt and his team as the best agents in Mumbles to sell your home. The team in Mumbles (particularly Matt) are the most professional and informative agents, you can always contact them and they are always willing to help. If you want to ensure your house sells and that the sale is seamless then you have to go with Astleys.

Matt and his team were so very helpful at every stage of our successful sale, and we whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone wishing to market their property locally
Excellent service received from Mat, Andrew and Kim at Astleys, Mumbles. I would thoroughly recommend them.
Very grateful to Matt, Andrew and the team at Astleys Mumbles. Thorough, professional and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend.
We went on the market during lockdown after a video valuation. From that moment Matthew and all the team at Astleys have been polite, professional and so pro-active in helping us to sell our home, despite it being in the middle of a pandemic! We sold our home after first in person viewing after lockdown restrictions were eased, no doubt because the team at Astleys were so organised and dedicated to help us sell! Throughout out the sale process communication was constant and nothing was too much trouble to help us through this time. We are so grateful to all the team and hands down wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!!
