Big enough play area to keep kids amused for an hour or so, large field so great for runners especially as it's relatively flat too. Boating lake which doubles as a duck pond. There are climbing activities, a bouncy castle, go karts and all the water activities are payable. Café and toilets open year round offering hot and cold meals and drinks. But the real pull is the splash park. Deeper than a lot of others but shallow enough for really small people to enjoy too.

Still the awesome Swanley Park with lots of fun activities for kids and families. They have revamped the splash pool which my kids really enjoyed. You need to pre-book your session, they only take reservations over the phone. Keep calling, it can take quite awhile to get through to a person. There is carefully planned out social distancing enforced. The climbing area and sand pit are closed off, with indoor sit-down areas no longer available. There were several outdoor picnic tables. The train continues to run but no longer stops at the station half way so you can only travel round trip. The playground and boats were open. There is also a large, family friendly disabled toilet which is well used but kept clean throughout. There are lots of walking paths and places for kids to explore. There is paid parking (reasonably priced) or free parking on the road with a few minutes walk to the park. Highly recommend for a family day out.

My grandchild absolutely loves the play park. The steam train is simply brilliant and real. Loved feeding the geese. Brilliant family outing. Ofcourse granny enjoyed the day too. Can't wait for him to be older and I will take him for pedal boat ride. Well done Swanley Park team.
