I bought a MIG 200 set but had trouble getting set up. The guys, Andy specifically, were very keen to ensure that the unit I had was functioning properly. So, I went back to their base where they had set up a test rig and we tested another unit straight out of the box and then tested mine against it. The net result was a clear indication that the problem was my lack of experience with MMA and weld area preparation. They took a great deal of trouble to help me get going, such customer relations especially in these Covid days is rare indeed. Absolutely excellent service and great to deal with!
