In the days of the old doctors at the old surgery I would say that the service and care was excellent. I have been a patient there for over 65 years right back to Dr Love. I can say with absolute confidence that the current regime is truly terrible. The problem seems to be with the ancilliary support staff who seem to have no interest whatsoever in the patients. The phones are taken off the hook at 1 second past 8am and it is all but impossible to to get through. Once you actually get to see a doctor they seem OK, for the most part............

Every time you try to contact the surgery , the phone is either engaged or you join a queue and at times get disconnected.When you do get through to a receptionist there is never any appointments , I've even been told if I want a ring back it would be 3 weeks later. One of the receptionist is very sharp and rude

One of the receptionists here is absolutely rude and dismissive. Oh and you can't get an appointment at all. Even if I ask to book one in advance for something that can wait. \No prebookable appointments\. Excuse me.
