Didn’t have to wait to be served at all, was greeted as soon as I walked in with a ‘hello, can I help you’, this might have had something to do with the ‘rabbit caught in the headlights’ expression in my eyes as I entered the store. The young guy I spoke to checked the information on the computer and then advised on which product would best suit my needs. I will not hesitate to use this store again if needed and will recommend it to my friends and family. The staff all wore face masks (as did I) and made sure that social distancing was observed

I was warm welcomed by Nat at the Swadlincote branch in a fast and professional manner. She was extremely enthusiastic about her job and is very much a people’s person along with a practical hands on person. She fitted my new wiper blades in less than 5 minutes. Certainly better than my attempt that failed. Well done Nat keep up the good work

The Staff are Helpful The only down side was a customer at the Till with bagged shopping then still nipping round shopping and holding people up outside the store Just thankfully that the young lady went mobile with a handheld device to let us wiring pay for our goods
