They have a triage system, usually, it works, but they like to go through the procedure before you're given advice. In many cases, you'll need to come back at a later date for the actual appointment. It's just had a ton of money thrown at it to make the place look better and provide a better service. There's parking on-site and it's about as big as a pocket hanky. So you've got to hunt for a spot on the main road when the 3 or 4 spaces are full. The advice given is invaluable and a very much needed resource. The place is run using volunteers, so remember that when you go. Obviously, there's paid help, but mostly the people there are helping you for free.
