I buy and sell as a hobbie so I'm treated as a lower citizen because I've no account but it didnt stop me buying the many times over the last 20yrs but now they had to send off the V5 'logbook' so my 1 owner car is now 2 owners so devalued just so they can make more money from customers, and what is the different colour brochures? Made to look like a first timer and laughed at by other buyers, This was an experience I wont forget, the fees are also extortionate, be advised dont use BCA especially the unfriendly Measham
