Excellent steak. Maybe one of the best I've had. The flavor was well balanced with the natural taste of the beef. There was an excellent char on the steak despite being cooked precisely rate. The sides were excellent too. You're paying a premium for the atmosphere and the view here, but for once you aren't giving much ground on the quality of the food.

Nothing is more mesmerizing than simultaneously tantalizing all the senses. The ambiance is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the outside entertainment is breathtaking. If you need to book a private event or just a date night I highly recommend this place. The prime entrees are so decadent they just melt in your mouth. From fine wine to side dishes, everything here is clearly chosen to ignite a deliciously unforgettable experience.

I have visited Las Vegas in the so I enjoyed sampling that cuisine again. I went in once before the lockdown and was very pleased. Since then I have gotten take out several times. The food is unique, very well seasoned and an interesting menu. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The food is quite spicy so order accordingly.

For the money, go to Ruth's Chris instead. If you want ambiance and good bread then SW is the place for you, but if you want a better steak and salad for fifty dollars less then Ruth's Chris is the way to go. We had the porterhouse for 2 at both locations and ceaser and wedge salads. Ruth's steak was twice the size and twice as good. The salads were also better. Service was comparable.

Had a lovely birthday dinner there last night. Tuna and scallops were excellent. Great black truffle cream corn and steak. Overall nice experience sitting outside by the waterfall. There are music shows every 30 minutes or so and that was fun. Nice employees and lovely service.
