Over priced and horrible service. The food was nice, but so overpriced, compared to other places in the area. A mediocre meal but whit horrible service. We couldn't get in touch with a waitress, they avoided us, because they where stressed.
Very cozy authentic Italian restaurant with warm & welcoming owners Gianni & Milena, & fantastic pizza chef Fabio. Our family enjoyed wonderful pizzas & chatting with the Gianni about bella Sicilia. Fabio makes the best Italian pizzas in Svendborg served with a smile!
Poor service and quality!!! 1st they forgot my order, so the rest of our company where finished before me. When we finally received the forgotten pizza no 74 Diavolo, the meat was raw inside. The owner (an old woman) was very unpolite and rude. I have honestly never experienced such a poor service!!!
A group of seven ate here on a recent sailing trip. The meals were of generous proportions and of great flavour with good service. But one of us may have suffered an upset stomach from a shell-fish dish. We may have been unlucky.
The pizza's are splendid! Although the restaurant can get a little crowded sometimes.
I visited La Bupa with my two children and my mother and sister visiting from Ireland,the service was less than attentive more the lack of rescorces and support from management,the two waiters did their best under challenging conditions,The food was generally good and atmosphere relax but somewhat interrupted by customers picking up their take-aways,But the real problem occured when we were charged for two extra mani courses 30e,the feamale \capo\ took ten minutes off confrontation by the brave waitress before she would admit a the Bill was wrong,Well done to the waitress,very brave indeed,left with a bad feeling that this should not have happened.Not good.
Antipasto was good, but pasta overcooked, not to be expected from a true Italian restaurant...
