Having talked to the \Major St airlift providers\ I sought a local provider on recommendation of a friend. Mark Sutton came and gave us a friendly o pressure\ quote. I then told the other other bidders o thank you\. I was then subject to some hard sell from them. Mark Sutton's approach was refreshingly relaxed. No pressure. The result is a super chairlift fitted in three hours at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very fast delivery and set up. So pleased with the stairlift I purchased from Suttons for my husband it has made such a difference to his life. The service we received was very good and Mark went out of his way to get it installed on our very narrow staircase so that my husband could now get upstairs. Thanks .

My brother and I contacted Suttons on behalf of my Mum, who needed help with her mobility. We were very impressed with their service - they visited at the time promised to survey the requirement, no hard sell, and a very clear and fair quote with a number of options. Fitting was quick and efficient, on time again, and Mark was very friendly and understanding when explaining to Mum how to use the lift. We had signed up for a refurbished lift, and when there was a problem with the chair rotating a few weeks later they attended and fixed it the same day. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
