We were very impressed with Jason the manager and all the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly , courteous, helpful and informative . Linda , who works there and is also our neighbour , recommended Jason to us to market the house. I had complete confidence in the whole team throughout the process of selling my late mother’s house. I would not hesitate to recommend them as the best. I also felt that they were sensitive to my sadness in selling the house and actually made it a pleasurable experience. Sandra seemed to be the one that was our contact mostly, and she updated us and kept in contact and was very kind and friendly. Williams Harlow has now moved to centre of Cheam Village and I wish everyone well in the new office.

Would like to place on record the professional approach from Jason Kates in Cheam Village, being a local developer needing advice on local market conditions, having introduced Hill Land to an off market opportunity... have since exchanged with an application submitted to Sutton Local authority, look forward to gaining planning consent, to bring to the market a needed small new build detached house, with Jason retained on the resales of the newly built property!!
