It appears Travis Perkins who own this operation are having stocking issues the same as Toolstation who they also own so I'll be using screwfix and selco from now on

We have just about had our kitchen installed via Wickes and have been asked to pay an extra 987.00 by the installer for excluded works. I have read through the paperwork and 90% of the works are included within the price quoted by Wickes for the install. I have contacted the store and await their response. Please read all of their paperwork before signing for a new kitchen and install as you could fall foul of the same problem.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I should know because I work in a shop. I bought 3 shelves, paid online, went to the branch in Kimpton in Sutton, bought a pack of S hooks as well, asked the least helpful- aggressive member of staff where the click and collect was, he told me to join the queue to the checkouts. I got to the front after a while of waiting, paid for the S hooks and said I have a click and collect as well, told it wasnt picked yet and I could collect it from the shop floor myself and he would mark it as picked. I had to pick my online order from the shop floor ?!?!?!

ok but not many staff around to help and the website says that you can pick up within an hour turn up and it's not in stock.
