Okay I have to say, back when commuting was a thing this place could have the biggest line up out the parking lot and it was so efficient and quick I knew I could grab breakfast and get to work on time. Thanks for your relentless pursuit of efficient drive through. Seriously the gold standard and I measure all others by it. Coffee in my hand before I can put my card away.

I had my order messed up badly. Ordered a Boston creme got a chocolate covered raspberry filled something. They heap the sugar into the coffees making them too sweet to drink and I wonder what the staff really are doing at this location. Not happy I do not recommend this location so upset with the level of service.
There is really only one staff member at this location that seems to care. We found out her name "TORI" !!! You should get her to train all your staff on Customer service! 5 stars to Tori! This location is the worst for Customer Service. Today the young gentleman didn't even say anything, handed us the drinks and closed the window. We had no straw for the ice capp. Waited a few minutes and the window never reopened. Thanks for the service! Good thing you are the only Tim's for miles or no body would go there!
It's a good and only Tim we found in Sutton. In COVID times, it has drive through orders with almost all Tim menu options. The wait times are quite less these days and service is really fast.
My home away from home on my daily travels. Always great service! Consistent food and coffee. Highly recommend this store. Amazing caring owners involved in the community. Big supporter of small business
Not happy with visit today. They rather look after the drive through I stead of the people who were waiting g u side. There was 6 of us standing for a long time until one girl finally came to us.
Ridiculously slow. I could drive to keswick Tim Hortons and back in the time it takes to get served here. Don't waste your time and money here.
Drive thru backed right up..so went inside..that took 20 mins qith o ly 4 of us in line..by time I got my stuff there was 10 people standing In ine and drive thru still backed up..not first time time issue qith being served here..need more staff..of you come here bring your patience or take a pass
