Just had a new front door from my builder after 8 months of building work. I could only open the front door with the key....fire hazard. Asked builder to help!! He then stopped trading and I was stuck. Happened to call Into the Locksmith shop at 12.45pm today and by 2pm my new lock was fitted. Amazing. And I live at least 5 miles from the shop. Thank you so much. Brilliant service.
I called this company today, not because i wanted to purchase anything, but to ask a question about a front door lock. The guy i spoke to was really friendly and clearly explained what i needed to know, his information will save me a lot of trouble. If this is how they are with people that aren't spending money with them then i have no hesitation in the 5 star review. thank you

Great value and speedy service! Locked myself out and they were round to my property within 15 minutes, and had me in my front door in less than 30 seconds! Extremely polite and reasonable pricing! Would use again (hopefully I don't have to...)
