I called last week to make an appt for my garage heater, they were able to come the next day but I was unable to get it off work! I was so shocked they were able to come that quickly, another company had given me over a month to wait. I booked an appt for the next week on a Tuesday. Sunday night my garage heater kicked on and cycled thru many times... so I called around 8:30pm to cancel. I was so shocked to actually talk to a real person! I also felt very bad to be calling that late, as I was expecting a voicemail. But the guy on the other end could not have been nicer. Very pleased to know that good customer service is still around!

I cant say enough about this company , they are the best , the fairest and most honest and reliable and people to deal with .I have used them for maintenance and repair of my old fireplace gas stove for years and they always knew what it needed by a 2 minute look and was fair in the price and honest and fixed it on the spot or fast and reliable getting a part .I have had Corey for years repairing and doing maintenance and theres no better.He is respectful to property and friendly and puts u at ease and knows his job to a T .You can be sure hes the best in the business.We bought a new fireplace stove off of Rick who is the nicest and careing and most fair priced and sincere guy youd ever find in the business I would never do business with anyone but this company , I got a beautiful gas fireplace stove for a better price than many other companys with a much more friendly and honest set of employees than any other company ive seen.They go far beyond a customers expectations and and they are always willing to help in any way.Corey installed it and besides repairs and maintenance hes is the best installer fast and competant and respectful of property when installing.Like i said i cant say enough about this company and im extremely happy with the service and sales ..sorry this review is long i warned you i cant say enough about this company lol .
Fixed our garage furnace, then this yr the fan has gone on it and Rick is looking for the part. Now our basement one is got leaking water. He's coming early. Great at his job,polite and great manners.
AWFUL SERVICE! Rick came and installed a furnace and humidifier in my home. When i got my water bill it was 3x the normal amount. He hadn't checked his work to make sure everything was functioning properly and he had installed the humidifier without one of the major pieces. He had told me he was tracking down the missing part and I have spent over a year trying to get him to fix the broken humidifier, and now the warranty has lapsed. After countless unreturned messages I have given up trying to get him to fix his own bad work, but just want to warn people to save their time and money and go with another company!!
