I am shocked. I feel bad having to leave this very negative review but there is no other way for that. This is my local 'polish shop' where I fairy regularly shop for Polish products. Today I was unlucky to find Edam cheese with a thick layer of mould! Assuming the expiry date is correct, this brings up a question of storing! And if that is the case, how safe if the meat sold there?! I think I am properly put off and from now on, I will choose one of many shops in Croydon.

A well stocked store, sometimes something is missing, it is known that people are buying, generally a big plus, a large selection of bread and cold cuts or meat. I am most pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude of the staff towards the client and the relaxed atmosphere, you can always laugh and joke and today we really need it :)
I really like this store. There are many good products and great staff.
I can understand that before closing time on Sunday the staff may be tired. But I don't understand why am I guilty of this situation??? Young, black hair girl, high tied pony-tail... she acted to me like O am rubbish and at the same time she was sweet- talking to her colleague. There was time, when staff tried to be nice for customers- at least they tried. And rude behaviour is back again. One star just for keeping the store open
Shocked . Asked if the shop was open politely at 1pm 18/12/2020 while there delivery arrive. One lady with dirty look say to me NO...rude reply . Without any manner. You should be ashamed and you need to learn manners how to reply politely and nicely that your shop is close for delivery.....
