Spoke to a colleague over the phone regarding my ipad and they understood me perfectly and offered me a fair and brilliant response about it, would definitely call them again on the phone however, they did say over the phone when i phoned recently that if you forget the pin on your front of the phone, and they remove/unlock it for you, they say that the data will be wiped, erased, and deleted, and then new software may be put on the phone, wish this was elaborated better. but other than that, what brilliantly helpful they were, would recommend

Good place for the old fashioned nic knacks, went in for spray paint, reasonably priced.
