Best thing about it is the petrol station! Oh and the majority of the staff are lovely, too. Sadly the building is in a poor state and it’s not very well set out, narrow aisles & an absolutely shambolic car park ‘system’. Cafe is alright offers good value meals with refillable soft drinks at good prices. Has a post office in store too.

Terrible customer service. Went their to put money on the electric card as the store is displaying a Pay Point sign on the building itself so this gave me the impression i was able to do this. I waited in the line at the kiosk next to the DVD and media department where i asked the woman on the tills if i was able to put money on my electric card. I think this woman needs more training on customer service as her response to me was NO it hasn't been here for months its at the garage across the road and then she began to laugh whilst looking down. How am i supposed to know that the paypoint is at the garage across the road when the paypoint sign is on the ASDA building itself and there is no notice that the paypoint has moved. I would advice the manager of this ASDA to sort out there signs that they are displaying on the building and also train staff on how to make customers not feel like small idiots.

Went in to the store to pick up a few items on Saturday 21st November! All I can say is do they not know there’s a pandemic going on? It was packed no limitations on numbers going in, the aisles were busy everywhere! Is it that hard to limit numbers and reduce the potential spread of infection! And they wonder why numbers are increasing in Ashfield!!

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here and hear the anguished screams of the uncommitted. Probably built when Dante was a lad, it used to be called Fine-fare back then. Isles are too close together and there's no good flow through the store, the car park is a nightmare and spaces are too narrow for modern cars. Gave them an extra star as on the occasions when I find it necessary to go in the staff are usually good and the prices aren't bad.

I can't really say much about it really.. because I don't come here to do the main shopping anymore (and before you can say wot do you mean you don't come to asda for shopping... everyone comes here for ya shopping! ... Well I don't n my mum don't...n that's not everyone is it?)...we shop online and use morrisons! Been here to do the \famous cash machine\ where you put 9 million coins in n only get 50 u know! .. anyway... it's a good shop for lots of local people.
