Agency drivers are not treated great turn up at 5.30am if no run available told to sit in car for 5 hours and wait can't use toilets unless you have a pass card two days training in December then sent out to hospitals on your own in January hand scanners not explained properly

After halfen hour waiting they ask in office as what want and now stay in loadingbay 1 hour and not start offloading\ very good
they are advertising for a lot of transport admin staff but have also put it out to agencies in Mansfield. It is pointless applying because they don't respond. The Co-op is better
