Please please do not listen to what the small minded people have said about this great man! He is a great chef and a very kind man. He has taken his time out along with my partner Jack Percival to help the homeless and those less fortunate than overs.. a \celebrity\ who posts half naked photos of herself clamed she was homeless but when questioned about helping she ignored all messages.

I have known Adam for the last 3 years he has not only catered for 2 personal family celebrations (which I might add were just perfect) I am also a Health Care professional working with children and I know I can always rely on Adam as I have done in the past to help us out with his professional talents and time. I have used flame blue catering for years- the manager Adam is consistently going above and beyond to create good events. Flame blue catering did my daughter's christening, my husband's 40th and my cousins wedding Food was delicious every time with a wide range of choice to suit all Staff were tidy, courteous and even provided containers for our guests with the Leftovers! Thanks Adam/flame blue five star service everytime
