Have been receiving a weekly fruit and veg box for about 2 months now and have not been disappointed. Each week normally includes onion, potatoes, carrots and bananas but otherwsie rotates weekly with other seasonal veg. We have been enjoying eating seasonally and the freshness of the produce is noticeable. I also appreciate the limited packaging. The fruit/ veg is delivered in a jute bag which is collected each week and reused. There is hardly ever any plastic and the salad/ herb bags are biodegradable or compostable within a short time (more detail on their website). I feel good knowing my weekly delivery is not putting more plastic into circulation. It is great to support a local business and the variety each week is good. The weekly delivery is seamless and managing our order via their online platform is easy enough. Keep up the great work!

Great produce most of the time, poor or missing items some of the time - which is a nuisance and you have to check your order carefully. There is and has been for some time a lack of quality control. I would far rather be leaving a good review as they are very nice people and their produce can be so good - but you would expect them to get it right nearly all of the time instead of just some of the time. I am fed up with having to call and email to complain about missing items or poor quality items - and given the prices which are high a better service should be given. When it works it is a great service and a lifeline. One more duff delivery and I will not order again from them. If they can improve (and I am on my umpteenth complaint) across time I will write a review that reflects this. Come on guys, get your act together!
Great days-fresh vegetables, low food miles, reliable vegbox scheme and good pricing. Hugely beneficial to the consumer, local economy and the environment.
Brilliant, welcoming and vibrant place. Full of people who enjoy the outdoors, growing, organic living and volunteering in the local community. A great place to contribute to the community on their volunteer days. Excellent organic soup and fresh sourdough bread as part of their volunteer lunches. You will learn a lot about horticulture and growing at this farm, which you can implement in your own garden/ allotment.
Sutton Community Farm is a community led charitable organisation growing organic fruit and vegetables for the public and restaurants alike. They take volunteers from local schools and l special needs groups. I have been a customer of the vegbox scheme for over a year and I absolute love the variety and freshness of the produce. The people who run the farm are lovely, welcoming and very helpful. I have just been to their annual open day and it's refreshing to see how food is grown.
