Absolutely disgusting customer service! The way I was spoken to was like I was dirt! Managed to get the guys name which was Matt. Should be absolutely ashamed, running his mouth with a serious attitude. Disgusting and utterly embarrassing. I run a company that requires signage and I had other companies that needed the same approximately 4 sister companies. I will be making sure they avoid this place. This guy needs investigating as a matter of urgency. Disrespectful and rude.

Our company have been using Norton Printwear for the past 4 years. They do our company vehicles signwriting and just recently signage for our new premises, which looks amazing and so eye catching. We have always been so please, with their excellent service and helpful attitude, when choosing the best options available. They are always very reliable and complete work to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this lovely family run business. From Saracen Fire Protection Ltd
