What an amazing place where there is literally something for everyone. Cycle hire, playground, model railway, dog walks, water sports, bird watching, fishing and lots lots more. There is ample parking and public rest rooms. There is even a superb cafe that sells hot food, sandwiches and refreshments. I will definitely be returning here again.

Brilliant family fun with plenty to do, great walks around the lakes, fishing ponds, brilliant children's park.... a must visit

Love this place. Great for walking and wildlife watching. There are several lakes and a river. A playground toilets and a cafe. There's bike and boat hire. Parking costs 4.50 per day and it's paid via contactless at one of the pay points on site. Gets busy when the sun is out. Doesn't seem affected by current covid restrictions.

Go here for a nice walk around got there early and it was really quiet. Even when busy the Park is massive so if walking there is loads of room. Take suitable footwear as it can be muddy.

What a fantastic place to visit, we chose to stop here and take a walk instead of stopping at a motorway service station. The paths are well kept and easy to walk on.There are sections of gravel but it is suitable for pushchairs/wheelchairs. It is a relaxing environment and there a lots of great viewpoints across the lakes. There are available toilets and there is Covid safe measures in place.
