What a great experience. Jim and Nicola were so professional, keeping me informed throughout the process. I was very apprehensive about having a tow bar fitted to my nearly new Audi. The quote was very competitive, parts were of the highest quality and Jim turned up on the dot. From word go I could see that he has extremely high standards and worked with such care around the car. Jim even came out the next day to assist when I was concerned about a little rattle that had developed and sorted it no problem. Thanks J.I.B towbars, highly recommended.

First class service. I was a little apprehensive having the tow bar fitted to my car on the driveway but I should not have worried. Despite my car being a difficult fit, the job was done quickly and professionally including the re coding of the vehicle. To add to the equation the cost was reasonable too. I am really pleased with the result and would recommend JIB.
