Bought a 40m Hozelock 2595 garden hose a couple of years ago. With 2 days left before the 2 year guarantee period ended, the automatic rewind stopped working. I contacted Hozelock Ltd straightaway using their email Contact Form and phoned them as \belt and braces\. I was contacted within hours by email by Tracey Viner and over the phone I spoke to Donna Scott. They both confirmed that I would get a free replacement and all I had to do was post a letter along with a length of hose - I did so on Friday second class - by the following Tuesday my brand new 40m garden hose was delivered free of charge to my door. I just want to thank Hozelock Ltd as well as Tracey and Donna for their o quibble\ policy, first class response rates and total professionalism. Your products are normally high quality as well but knowing that my patronage is appreciated, I will now be a loyal customer for life, knowing I am dealing with a quality outfit. Many thanks.
