I can’t praise this place enough. It really feels like all the staff are as committed to making my contact with my child work as much as I am. They really tried hard to work to secure the first session, and I know it wouldn’t have happened without their persistence. Everyone is friendly and supportive. They acted as a link between me and my spouse. The place itself is warm and welcoming. It is spotlessly clean and a lovely environment to build a bond with my child. A special thanks to Khadija who supervised my session, and who could not have been more helpful and supportive.

DMR services are the best, staff are highly trained and warm and welcoming and friendly and very helpful, I have been using DMR services for a while now and all the staff have been very helpfuly and understanding, the contact room itself is very neat and tidy and suitbale for all ages, staff is very approcahable and so is the managment, the communication is brilliant, emails and telephones are instantly replied, I thank the center so much for the help and support, yes I was nervous at first but the staff are very supportive and understanding and are willing to listen to you which really did help me settle down quickly, DMR services really do stand out amongst the other centers and I highly do recomend DMR services in particular the one in sutton coldfield. Keep up the good work guys you really do play a big part in helping families and children.

Despite my hatred for social services these are a great service to provide contact with your children.. there’s a garden so they aren’t kept in one room and the room is big with enough toys to occupy for hours..
