We went to Clive Mark today to get my sons first school uniform. It was an exciting time. James was very helpful, he went upstairs to check sizes and when they didn’t have any explained how to order. We were able to get everything including a school branded coat which he kindly showed us. After coming home to try his uniform on I went back to get two more jumper and was served by a lovely, smiley girl called Emily. The staff were all very helpful.

We came to Clive marks looking for a new uniform for myself and my brother. We were met immediately by Emily who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensured that we got everything we needed. She helped us get the correct sizes and checked the stock rooms multiple times without complaint and always maintained a very pleasant and professional manner. She made what could have been a lengthy and mundane task quick, easy and even enjoyable. Thanks for your help!

I went to Clive marks Sutton Coldfield yesterday to purchase my daughters school uniform last minute !! We were served by a lovely staff her name was Emily she was so helpful , very pleasant and went out of her way to ensure all the items we requested were in stock. Considering it was very busy the Emily remained very calm and professional customer service was excellent ! I don’t normally take the time out to write reviews but I felt in this occasion it was important that Emily was recognised for her excellent customer service.

Would give negative stars if that was an option! Ordered clothes for son and told it’d be two weeks. Nearly two months later they arrived! In the meantime, Clive Marks DO NOT pick up the phone for you to check on what’s happening, so you need to keep visiting the store (only to find out items still haven’t arrived). The phone line constantly rings out telling you: ‘ your call is very important, please wait for your call to be answered !’ Which only adds to the frustration as they clearly have no intention of answering phone calls! Wouldn’t use again.

Served by a polite and lovely young lady, Zaynab, made my shop very quick and easy. She could easily tell me all the sizes by first guess which I was extremely impressed with. She was very smiley and friendly and made my kids feel at ease considering the current situation. definitely coming back and especially if the appointment system is kept in place
