Ordered a curtain pole online to click and collect paid for got to the stores click and collect department hour later as they tell you order no,item,name only to be told that I/ME cancelled the transaction , the woman at pick up point kindly told me the order no wasn't right I was holding my phone with screen expanded so the details were clearly visible she then palmed me of to her associate who again told me you cancelled it I replied if so why have I wasted my time coming to the store and then the crunch the reason was they were out of stock but continually said I cancelled , when i purchased on line they said in stock lo and behold I received an email to the fact they're out of stock still saying I cancelled. Ok ill have it in different colour same item same price BUT I HAD TO PURCHASE IT AGAIN AND WAIT FOR REFUND ON THE FIRST ONE .its a joke what if I never had money to purchase it again very very poor service I'm not at all amused

The B&Q at Sutton is nice and big. Expect to find lots of DIY stuff. The staff there are nice and friendly. There is a bus stop round the corner but ideally I would get a lift or drive the car because if you buy something it is probably easier to bring it in the car.
Generally good stock availability and the lighting was well displayed to give an idea of appearance compared to other B&Q stores. It would be helpful for staff to be spread more evenly around the store in order to provide assistance rather than just in the paint and traders sections.

A ultimate emporium for anything DIY and classical home making-up. Nothing about home and garden is lacking in this great arena of trade, and the probability of not having anything desirable here is very minimal. I was here just for flooring tiles and other related items, but I was amazed by assortment of other things available at the centre. I will not stop going back to the B&Q.
