The food was delicious but the service was poor. We waited a minimum of 10 minutes if not longer before anyone even came to our table after being seated. Both our orders where mixed up, meaning part of our order was accidentally replaced with something else. Once the food arrived it was delicious, the dessert of the day was fantastic very light but yet incredibly chocolaty. A word of warning though if you are very hunger the Monday night tapas is not for you. You get 3 very small dishes that would be fine as a starter but not much else.

We had dinner at Beaux Lieux and were thrilled with the food. I had the Caesar salad, which has next to nothing to do with any salad I had ever seen before. The grilled romaine lettuce was smokey and not soggy (which you might think grilled lettuce could be) with pancetta, caperberries, parmeggiano reggiano and a tahini dressing. Could have done without the fried cheese cube it came with, but a fried cheese cube is, by definition, never a bad thing. I had a second appetizer instead of a main, which was beyond delicious. Homemade ravioli with cheddar, chorizo, pesto and cherry tomatoes. When I saw this on the menu, it sounded good but not particularly interesting. When it arrived, it surpassed my expectations by a long shot. My partner had lake walleye tataki with portobello remoulade and kale pistou and the spaghetti carbonara (real carbonara!) and was equally pleased. Coupled with a Pinot Noir from Burgundy, this meal was defintely one to remember. And the chef came out at the end of the evening to make sure everyone enjoyed it! Highly recommend Beaux Lieux.
First time going there with my boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED IT. I tried foie gras for the first time ever and the way they prepared it was just DIVINE. Totally exceeded my expectations. For dessert I took the crème brulée served 3 ways; it was by far the BEST I've ever had! Pure perfection. I'm a fanatic of teas so I tried the oatmeal, rose bud, & lavender infused tea; soo good! The service we got was exceptional. Really friendly staff. Will definitely go back again!

Très bonne bouffe. Petit bistro avec une ambiance auberge avec des terrasses. La bouffe et la présentation étaient excellentes. Ils ne sont malheureusement pas bien préparés pour servir lors de période de grande affluence, même un vendredi soir. Nous avons donc dû attendre 20 minutes avant de pouvoir commander et avons été délaissé vers la fin de notre repas, car les employés semblaient avoir eus une grosse soirée. Notre repas a donc pris 2h. Outre cela, le service a été courtois et soutenus. une suggestion serait de fermer les portes et fenêtres et d'utiliser l'air climatisé, car certaines mouches virevoltaient autour de nous en fin de soirée. Le prix est très respectable pour la qualité de la nourriture. Nous y retournerons si nous avons à passer par la.
Excellente cuisine ! Menu agréable et bien balancé. La table d'hôte change à chaque semaine, ce qui donne du nouveau choix à chaque visite. Les pâtes fraîches faites sur place sont particulièrement savoureuses. Adresse à retenir !
