Hirad was very responsive to buy initial call, and shared quite a bit of information over the telephone to ease my way into my furnace replacement. He showed up the next day as promised, and provided a detailed installation and price that I was pleased with. His technicians were professional, and extremely experienced, (even helped me lift my stove into the kitchen)-Awesome!! My family got a kick listening to the lead installer singing to himself in the furnace room (must love his job-happy). You definitely get what you pay for out there, and yes the cheapest is not always the best.....(would you use the cheapest mechanic to replace your brakes on your car???) Awesome and happy, thank you Hirad, and staff...
