Great place to do a delivery to especially in an Artic Truck great views. Friendly staff although one of them dropped my prize pen and broke it (it happens) Quick tip for a 40ft container. Use of washroom and toilet.

What a disappointing company. No communication about my order in the six weeks since I paid in full for my chairs but have phoned this company on 5 occasions to find out about my order. I was actually told on the 3rd time of phoning that my chairs were ready for delivery & that I'd be contacted when they had a delivery date. I live less than 10 miles from St.Austell & I even offered to collect the items. Finally today I was contacted for the first time with the news that my order was labelled incorrectly. I was offered other chairs which I don't want, I suspect that my order was delivered to someone else. I wanted to use a small, local company who would appreciate & fulfil orders speedily in this current climate, but I was wrong. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Please don't make my mistake.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have had from Sustainable Furniture and would not recommend them as a reliable provider of Garden Furniture. I made a 2,500 order in June for an 8 person garden table which was showing as in stock and could be delivered in 3-5 working days. I was then informed that it would take 8 weeks and there were problems with their supplier. I waited patiently for 5 weeks and called up to check on my order to find out that no tables would be ready until end of the year. Given I had paid 2,500, I found it extremely unprofessional that the business didn't contact me about this change and instead kept the money until I reached out. If you want a reliable service, go elsewhere - nothing very sustainable about this business, certainly not managing customers expectations.

Paid 335 to have a bench assembled and delivered. Really disappointed as very loosely assembled, one of the hex bolts was rounded during assembly and couldn't tighten. The bench has had to be treated twice more by myself and is splitting everywhere. I should be surprised if it will last until next summer.
