Great range of pianos for all budgets, upright and grand. I bought my grand piano here a year ago and I'm still in love with it. These pianos have personality and there's something for everyone. The shop is run by a serious piano technician and restorer so he knows what he's talking about!

We went back several times before choosing and John was very helpful, patient and friendly every time. Delivery was smooth and professional - we’re very pleased with our decision.
I'm quite shocked at being stood up and then ignored by this company. I received cancellation at 5 minutes notice having already rearranged my schedule to accommodate theirs and then no attempts to reschedule or make up for it in any way. They have a lot of good reviews so I suppose if they turn up, they must be good, but given how long the wait time is for piano tuners and how rudely my messages and calls were ignored, I feel I have to warn others of the terrible lack of professionalism I've encountered here - very disappointed!
I can’t rate this family business highly enough, courteous, friendly and very proficient at what they do. Very knowledgeable and will advise on all aspects of pianos, new and old. During this difficult period, they are following all coronavirus guidelines to keep themselves and you safe.
