Hi Lindsay Just wanted to drop you an email to send our thanks for the fantastic team we had on our wedding day. Christian,Tim and Monica were outstanding. Tim worked so hard on the BBQ in the heat and the food was amazing. Christian's attention to detail was second to none and he made sure that the whole day ran like clockwork without us having to do anything or ask for anything to be done and Monica did more than I could have asked for, above her remit I am sure. The day could not have gone any better for us and thanks to Sussex Chef we did have to worry about a thing with regards to the catering side of things . The whole team has been so helpful and professional from the first time we made contact with you back in February until they finished up on our big day , We cannot praise you enough and all our guests were so impressed so thank you thank you thank you !!!! Sussex Chef catered for a birthday party for 50 guests. They provided an excellent service from planning and menu suggestions to a very efficient and professional service on the night. The food was excellent, the choices extensive and the presentation was marvellous. We received so many positive comments from our guests. By the end of a very enjoyable evening we found that the team had unobtrusively cleared before we noticed. We will certainly use Ben and his team again in the future.
Thank you so much for catering our wedding at The Sussex Barn on the 1st of August 2015. We can not fault you at all, the communication throughout the booking and during the run up was 100%. We felt very confident that you had listen to what we wanted and gave us some great ideas for our food. The presentation of our wedding buffet was beautiful, rustic and just what we wanted. The food was delicious and lots of our guests went up for seconds and thirds! The evening food was a bit hit, everyone loved the pulled pork rolls and the veggies loved their pittas. We had had a lot of comments on our wedding food and we will be recommending you to everyone! Thank you so much for all the hard work in the run up and on the day. Ben & his team catered for our wedding last Saturday and they were very impressive from start to finish. Highly professional team, nothing was too much trouble. Not to mention their food was delicious - and plenty of it! We made several changes in the weeks leading up to our wedding and they were happy to accommodate us. Would not hesitate to recommend them. The staff were really helpful, arrived on time and quietly set everything up without any fuss. The food was of excellent quality and quantity - in fact almost too much! I have been using Sussex Chef now for several years because they are always good and reliable but this time they surpassed even their own high standards.
