I visited this restaurant during my exchange in the fall of 2019. It's a clean, friendly atmosphere with a kind and attentive waiting staff. The prices are reasonable, its about 19 for the buffet, and the meals range in price. They offer cold tap water, a nice treat and the buffet itself is well done. The sushi itself is well made and delicious, and the warmer, cooked food is also great, although there isn't as large of a selection.

We had a two night stay in Rouen, staying in an apartment close to Sushi Tokyo. As we had a baby with us, we decided to get take out. My wife and I love sushi and this didn't disappoint. The beef and cheese rolls were a little odd, but the sushi and sashimi was excellent. We've been to Japan in the past so have an idea how it should be, and we thought this was at least as good as any we've had in Europe.

Very good food. The selection is not very big, but the food is good. It is cheaper at lunch.
