Sad to see the food and service go downhill. Used to be a fun spot, food was good and staffs were energetic. The quality of the food get worst gradually, old fish, over night dessert still on the rotating belt. Saw some new faces after they reopened. Not friendly or helpful like the previous crews. And no more disposable wet nap! Still I am quite happy to see some old friends are still serving though. It is not easy to say goodbye to a place I used to love so much. However I have to move on. Kura in Schaumburg is my new favorite place now. Even there are about 25 mins driving,l I feel the service, environment, price and most importantly their quality of the food worth that effort. It is hard for me my love. But today I have to say goodbye.
Been coming here for years. After the pandemic this is our 1st time out to dine in. Place was clean. The waiter did brought hand sanitizer to the table. which was pretty neat, Everyone was 6 feet part.
I love this place! Their food is always good and the waiters are always so nice! So glad their back to being open on the inside!
Best place to get sushi in the NW burbs. Don't even bother anywhere else. Service is always friendly, accurate, & timely. Love this place. The sushi platter is fantastic.
