Good was great. But the outside seating service was not so good. The server took my drink order but walked away and never took my husband order. She did this a few times and made me feel like an inconvenience to her.

Dined at the bar top at Sushi Nami and had the pleasure of a baby roach/critter walk in between my hot sake and dinner plate. Tried to kill it but it ended up running down the wall towards my feet to step on. An employee came over and removed it and stated they would tell the manager. I had paid my bill mid meal and for the next 15 min NOBODY came over to acknowledge the situation. I had a conversation with them as I was leaving but will NEVER revisit after going there for years. It was a DISGUSTING encounter, both the critter but more so the way it was “handled”.
We recently dined here for lunch. It wasn’t very crowded as usual. I had the 12&69 degrees and the Sandy Springs roll. Both were tasty but you must try the 12&69 degrees roll.... IT IS THE BEST ROLL EVER. The pickle seaweed and rolls complement each other. The sandy spring roll was compact in square shape so it is difficult to eat. I will definitely be back!
I really wanted to like this place however after coming here on 3 different occasions, I’m convinced the sushi is just never fresh or truly anything special. The sushi always tastes like it’s leftovers from last week and without a whole lot of flavor. Usually the service is decent but most recently our server, AJ, didn’t ask us why we left more than half the sushi uneaten, if we wanted anything else or dessert, he just brought us our check and we waited almost 10 minutes for our check to be picked up. For the lack of quality in food and service, this place is definitely not worth the price or your time.
The portion sizes for the Bento boxes are unmatched, plus it's really tasty.
